WOW!Can you believe it’s been 30 years since graduation? It’s amazing how time flies. It’s been 20 years since our last reunion and it’s past time we get together to see what’s been going on with everyone during the last 30 years. So, here’s the plan. Our class reunion will be October 11, 2008 at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort on Verdae Blvd. in Greenville, from 7:00 until 11:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 8:00 .
We are offering activities for October 10th and October 11th if anyone is interested in hanging out with classmates before the reunion.
October 10th - Friday night we will be gathering on the front lawn of
BHP at 6:00 to tailgate before the Bears Homecoming game
@ 7:30. We will try to reserve seats and sit together at the game.
October 11th - If golf is your game, join classmates and/or spouses in a round of golf on
Saturday morning (time to be determined) at Embassy
Suites Verdae Greens Course. Cost is $45.00 (greens fee
and cart) or $75.00 (club and shoe rental, greens fee and cart) .
October 11th - Fall for Greenville – A Taste of Our Town is this weekend, too.
A group will assemble at the hotel and go downtown and check out the food and vendors.
Rooms are available at the Embassy Suites for $119 per night. Please call 864-676-9090 to make reservations. Rates include a full breakfast and Manager’s Reception. A free shuttle to and from GSP Airport is available. Many of the ‘locals’ are staying over at the hotel to get the most out of the reunion weekend. You may begin making reservations August 1 and ask for the BHP Class Reunion to receive the $119 rate.
The planning committee is very excited about getting together after 30 years! We hope you share in our excitement and plan to be a part of the fun. Please say you will be able to attend.
